The cost to supply your internet service has increased, which means our retail prices for most plans are going up. The decision to pass on these increases has not been made lightly, however it is necessary to maintain our levels of service and reliability. The price of the Home Superfast and Home Ultrafast plans will decrease.

From 3 July, our new prices* will be as follows:

For all existing customers impacted by the price increases, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice. For customers with a price reduction, we may provide less notice.

You don't need to do anything, and the pricing changes will be reflected on your first bill after 3 July 2024.

Any customer that connects to an iPrimus internet service between 1 May 2024 and 3 July 2024, will receive 1 month's grace in the form of a $4 credit for the first bill received post 3 July.

All existing discounts or promotional offers will remain unchanged with your plan.

All iPrimus internet plans are month-to-month with no exit fees, so you are free to choose a different plan or cancel your service at any time. Please note any outstanding hardware repayments or return obligations will remain applicable.
